With the vast variety of machines and modifications available, KCORRA officials may move a driver/vehicle to a different class more appropriate to their performance.​

MIni Stock Truck-Low cost, truck class featuring 4 cylinder, manual transmission, compact trucks sold in the United States that were produced for the 1997 model year or earlier and is included in the following list:


Chevrolet S-10

Ford Ranger

GMC S-15

Mazda B series

Nissan Hardbody

Nissan Frontier

Toyota pick-up

Toyota Tacoma


Modifications focused on safety and durability ​ ​

​UTV Classes

Stock 170 Class-Drivers must be 6-12 years old at the time of the event. If a driver turns 13 once a season has begun, they will be allowed to finish that season in the same class. Must maintain OEM engine/frame combination. Modifications only allowed for safety and durability. Engines and all internal parts must remain completely stock. No internal engine modifications. Must use stock throttle body. Exhaust must remain stock. No aftermarket ECUs. Suspension must remain in stock configuration. Dual a-arm front conversions not allowed. Aftermarket rear swing-arms allowed but must maintain stock length/width. Aftermarket a-arms allowed, but vehicle must remain within 53.5” maximum width and use stock mounting locations.

Modified 170 Class- Drivers must be 7-12 years old at the time of the event. If a driver turns 13 once a season has begun, they will be allowed to finish that season in the same class. 250cc max. GY6 based engine. Turbo, superchargers, and/or nitrous not allowed. Dual a-arm front conversions are allowed. One shock per wheel. Maximum width 53.5”.

570 Class- Drivers must be 10-15 years old at the time of the event. If a driver turns 16 once a season has begun, they will be allowed to finish that season in the same class. Modifications should be focused towards safety and durability. Performance modifications should be kept to a minimum. Must maintain OEM motor/frame combination. Engines and all internal parts must remain completely stock. No internal engine modifications. Must use stock throttle body.  No aftermarket ECUs. Must use stock transmission and gear ratios. Must use stock clutch, however commonly available aftermarket springs, weights, and helix may be used. All a arm and shock locations must be in the stock location.  One shock allowed per wheel.  Replacement a arms are allowed but must remain be a direct replacement and retain all stock pivot point locations. Maximum width of 66”. 

Sportsman- Drivers must be at least 14 years or older at the time of the event. This is intended to be a low cost, entry level class designed to provide the racing experience to a newer, less experienced driver.  All brands/models/displacement UTVs are allowed as long as the machine meets all safety rules.

Unlimited NA (Natural Aspirated)- Drivers must be at least 14 years or older at the time of the event.  All modifications allowed with the following exceptions.  No turbo/superchargers/nitrous. 

Unlimited- Drivers must be at least 14 years or older at the time of the event. All modification allowed.  Any UTV that does not meet the limits of the above rules/classes be required to compete in the Unlimited UTV class.
